Lis has worked for over 30 years with older people in Nottinghamshire. Seeing a gap in services set up Care + Comfort in 2007 working predominately in Newark & Sherwood. Lis does not have a lot of spare time but likes to cook (preferably with a glass of wine!) read and walk her dog.

Nick has worked in social care for over 20 years. He set up a specialist and award winning dementia service in Nottingham City. He now provides carers support. He is a keen gardener and environmentalist.
